Notes from Norman- Waitlist Woes

Hi Everyone and welcome to this installment of Notes From Norman.  This is where I will address some issues that I see multiple people dealing with.

Waitlist Woes

      When a class if full and has a wait list, then someone cancels and makes a space in the class, the system will not let anyone else book the class until the waitlist has been cycled through.  You can look at the class and see just 5 folks signed up, but when you try to book the class you get put into the waitlist.  This is the system protecting those who are already in line waiting.  Get on the waitlist and keep checking back.  Sometimes glitches happen, but that is an infrequent occurrence.  If you are ever in doubt you can always ask, and I will check it out for you – but usually it is as stated above.  I hope this helps.
