Welcome to the first issue of our Studio newsletter!

While we are aiming for at least once per month, we don't have a set schedule for how frequently newsletter issues will be published. Whenever we have important updates to share be assured that we will send out a newsletter to make sure that you stay in the know!

TerraGram is brought to you, in part, by the survey over 50 Guests took last week, both online or in Studio. You voted, we listened! Overwhelmingly, the most preferred method for you to receive Studio news was via blog posts, so, without further ado, the survey results:

A great question was recently posed by a Guest; what is the best way to contact the Studio?

  • The "Get in Touch" Message button in your Spaces by Wix app! This is a chat feature that gives you a direct line to TerraLuna's Business Manager, the one and only Norman Wilson who is standing by to solve all of your problems: billing, scheduling, cancellations, changes, waitlist, and any other questions.

  • E-mail should only be used for non-time-sensitive communications. Please use Lynelle's Yahoo address only, Gmail is not monitored.

  • Text Lynelle only if cancelling at the last minute/running late to class or other non-time-sensitive communications.

  • The messenger feature in Facebook is not monitored.

  • Thank you for understanding that we disconnect from phones, social media, and the computer as much as possible on Sundays. We look forward to catching back up with you on Monday mornings!

Holiday Closure

Please note that the Studio will be closed in observation of the Labor Day on both Saturday September 2 and Monday September 4.
