Hi Everyone and welcome to this installment of Notes From Norman. This is where I will address some issues that I see multiple people dealing with.
If you ever get a note that has NW at the end of it, that means I have written to you. It will never be auto-generated by a bot. The most common reasons I will contact you are A. To alert you that you have cleared a waitlist, or
B. To ask you if you want to move from a wait list into a different class, for example if you’re on the wait list for the 10am class, which is full, but the 11am class has an opening.
If I contact you please, please respond. I need to know that you have gotten the message, and in the case of a wait list, I may need to contact someone else with enough time for them to act. I took the time to contact you – please take the time to contact me back, even if the answer is, “I’m not sure yet, will let you know”. At least I know you got the message.
Sometimes life happens and you don’t see the message for a while – that’s understandable. When you do, just drop me a line. I'll appreciate you.
