We're so excited to be welcoming Rebekah Trimbach, PT, MPT, CSCS, OCS to the Studio and wanted to get to know her a bit better.
Rebekah, what do the credentials stand for?
PT is Physical Therapist
MPT is Masters of Physical Therapy
CSCS is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
OCS is board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist
Do you have a condition/type of patient that you really love to work with?
If I had to pick a population that i think is underserved it would be dizziness/vestibular clients. Often they don't realize PT could be an answer. And, as a former athlete and current CrossFit participant, I can relate to knee and shoulder ailments.
Where do you live?
I was born and raised in Monroe, OH and I currently live in Liberty Township. I went to Fenwick High School (Go Falcons!) although Hamilton Badin folks may not appreciate that... ; )
Can you share with us your education background?
I graduated from University of Findlay with an undergrad degree in Strength & Conditioning and then went on to PT graduate school.
How do you like to spend your free time? Any fav foods you'd like to share?
My hobbies are CrossFit (both teaching and participating), spending time with family and friends, trying out new restaurants and breweries and going to the parks. My favorite foods are pizza and my mom’s soft tacos.
You are clearly sportive! Do you have favorite sports and teams?
For sure the Cincinnati Bengals, UC Bearcats, and, as a former soccer player myself, FC Cincinnati! My favorite sports are soccer and football.
Tell us a bit about your family?
I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 13 years and we have two daughters; Abbie (8) and Bessie (6). We also have a black lab mix Carlos.
Do you have favorite travel spots?
Kiawah, SC and Norris Lake, TN
Rebekah and I invite you to an Open House at TerraLuna on Thursday Oct 5th. Rebekah will be meeting with Guests for a free Posture and Mobility Screening. During your screening you will meet Rebekah and receive her complimentary input on your posture, mobility, and concerns. This screening would ordinarily cost $20.00 and limited space is available so get on her schedule as soon as possible by clicking here. Open House appointment slots are available from 3:30pm-5:00pm and also from 7:00pm-8:30pm.
Beginning on Friday, October 13th Rebekah's will be holding office hours at TerraLuna:
every other Friday from 12:00pm-4:00pm
every other Wednesday's from 8:00am-1:00pm
Please note that Rebekah will be at TerraLuna one day per week. Friday October 13th, Wednesday October 18th, Friday October 27th, Wednesday November 1st, and so on.
