I misunderstood one of the questions asked/answered during the Q&A video so wanted to take a moment to revisit it:
"I'm going to drop down to Aether. Do I cancel?"
In the video I said, no, there's really no need for you to do so, Norman Wilson and I will help you make these changes to facilitate this transition during your first billing period after prices increase on March 25.
To clarify, for any Guest wishing to move to Aether may do so. There is no need to wait (nor are you being required to wait) until late March to make this change. As long as you cancel your current Luna membership before your next billing date, you can make any changes you wish to make!
**REVISION** Do not immediately cancel your Luna membership/open a new membership. This will result in a large group of Guests receiving access to their next group of bookings on the same day; a circumstance we need to avoid.
Aether (set of 8 classes) is a currently existing membership level. However, the new Zodiac membership (set of 12 classes) is not. Guests wishing to transition to Zodiac will need to wait until that membership level is introduced on March 25.
I apologize for the confusion answer and am grateful for the questions that keep coming in. We are making note of questions and will hold at least one more Q&A Session in the upcoming weeks.
