We have many things with which to update you so without further ado, here are some things going on around the Studio (& in town too) and important Policy updates:
April's Self-Care + Community Care Events
You have outdone yourselves! Saying "thank you" really does not begin to express our gratitude for the donations of personal care and hygiene items we are now able to pass along to our neighbors in Hamilton experiencing homelessness and/or addiction. The photographs really cannot do justice to the amount of donations we received,
in particular, the generosity of our Guest who pulled together with her family and colleagues to put together over 100 backpacks of personal care items!
Through our StretchLates, Special Self-Care Events we were also able to collect $140.00 which is going to be donated as well. Thank you all!
We have been nominated for Best in Butler County
We're beyond honored to have been nominated when we've been in business for less than one year! Visit Hamilton Journal-News here to vote for for your local favs.
We're in the running for Best Yoga/Pilates under the Beauty & Wellness Category.
See you at The Benninghofen House, Ladies Night In
We're very much looking forward to sharing self-care tips and tools including information on Reiki, Reflexology, and more at the Ladies Night In on Thursday, May 18th beginning at 6:30pm.

POLICY UPDATES
Effective immediately, our Cancellation Policy is now 24 hours notice required for penalty-free class cancellation. We've made this change to address a few inter-related issues with the goal of ensuring that all Guests at all Membership Levels receive full use of their Membership.
We will continue strictly enforcing the Cancellation Penalties which can be reviewed here. It's ethically important to us to apply these policies equally in all circumstances event though it upsets us each time we deduct a class off a Terra or Aether Membership or charge a penalty fee to a Luna Membership.
The end goal is to best serve all Guests with convenient access to class time and space so please keep utilizing the Waitlist! Since more cancellations are occurring, more Guests are consistently clearing the waitlist. It's our hope that by adjusting the Cancellation Policy to the industry-standard 24 hours, Guests who clear the waitlist will actually be able to then attend class!
Therefore, keep in mind that in the day or two prior to classes, spaces are now regularly opening up. So, a class that looked full a few days or weeks ago is routinely no longer full the day before. In addition to a high probability of clearing the waitlist, last-minute bookings are possible!
We greatly appreciate each and every Guest who spends part of their day with us at the studio. We are always interested in your comments, concerns, suggestions, and thoughts. Your feedback helps us grow and your ideas help us provide you the best possible experience.
