Striking the Balance Between Stretching and Strengthening
About This Class:
This class has it all: 10 minutes of stretching/mobility work followed by a focus on strength training for the next 30 minutes. Participants must be able to get up off the floor unassisted and will use weights and/or body weight to discover how they can safely and confidently build muscle. Class ends with a 10 minute period of stretching and cool-down.
