The kinder, gentler Jump Board. A moderately-paced hybrid class blending 5-10 minute periods of Jumping with traditional Pilates activities. This Group Reformer class is accessible to Intermediate level Guests who are new to Jump. This class is not recommended for Guests entirely new to Pilates.
