Yoga classes with Bekki at The Benninghofen House are gentle and restorative, a weekly recharge for your soul. More of a "work in" than a workout, we practice turning inward, connecting with the breath, quieting with mind, and finding what feels good in the body.
We use props to meet our bodies where they are, and practice a variety of yoga styles and shapes for strength, flexibility, balance, and undoing the habitual shapes (forward hunching) that we are so used to in our daily lives.
Our classes are suitable for ages 12 and up, all body shapes and sizes, and beginners are always welcome.
Come learn and practice strategies for letting go, cultivating inner peace, and connecting mind, body, and soul in the beautiful spaces of The Benninghofen House.
