Prepare to fly! Build up stamina to take regular Jump Board classes.
This 4-week class will gradually build your strength and endurance with the goal of participating in regular Jump Board class. Class #1 will include 10 minutes of Jump Board followed by a regular Pilates Class. Class #2 will include 20 minutes of Jump Board and so on, building up to a full Jump Board class on Class #4. Previous Pilates experience is required as Jump Board takes classic Reformer technique to new heights!
Twelve (12) hours notice is required to cancel a Private Lesson/Group Reformer Class/Massage Therapy Appointment without penalty. Cancellations occurring with less than 12 hours notice may be considered on a case-by-case basis but should generally be understood as resulting in the loss of the class session off of a package purchase or the full value of the Private Lesson/Massage Therapy Appointment. Cancellations with 1 hour notice or less and No Shows will be charged in full.
